Eatin' Sushi Cabo style

My husband and I are on our delayed honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas (we were married two months ago). Mexico is truly magical with the hospitality, fabulous food and muchas bebidas (many drinks for you non-Spanish speakers). We're staying at the Pueblo Bonito Rose, a very nice resort and spa located in the middle of a strip of other great resorts.

A couple nights ago, we dined beachside on some tasty sushi. This picture doesn't do the view justice, but off to the right, you can see Land's End (where the Baja Peninsula ends). The water is as green as a sparkling emerald water and the beaches among the most beautiful I've stepped on. Life is good, real good.

Ooh, happy belated honeymoon. :)
My husband and I love Mexico almost as much as Hawaii. We usually stay in Playa.
